Million Trees Project Registration Form Greening the City region has been a top community priority since early 2010. In 2011, the City launched the 'Million Trees' project to encourage planting trees, shrubs and seedlings and to track how many plantings have been undertaken. Any individual, group or business who has greened their properties located anywhere within the City and the region in both urban and rural areas including Walkaway, Greenough and Mullewa, can be registered with the project. Trees panted in White Peak and the area between White Peak and Waggrakine are also eligible. Even though this area don't physically lie within to the 91视频 boundaries, the spirit of the project is about greening the region and this area is part of our regional landscape. What types of plantings can be registered? All native and non-native perennial plants (plants that live more than two years) can be registered with the project. Some examples include: Seedlings Fruit or nut trees or and treses that produces food Decorative and ornamental plants and trees Decorative and ornamental grasses and ground cover plants *Garden vegetables or annual flowers and plants are not eligible. Can previous plantings be counted? Yes, any plantings that have taken place since the project began in 2011 that meet the eligibility requirements can be registered below.
