Greater Together
Greater Together is the City’s leadership vision for the organisation and is about coming together to harness our full potential.
The initiative launched at a pivotal time - coinciding with the new Strategic Community Plan 2025-2035, which is our key priority as a local government authority. The Plan identifies what the organisation is working towards - and that’s a strong, healthy and secure community that collaborates and has strong leadership. And the Corporate Business Plan outlines how we’re going to achieve it.
Greater Together signifies an exciting time for the organisation and is about empowering leadership at every level by coming together and reaching our core goals.
